Based on your occasion, budget and timeline, we either hand make your gifting option or we source a customized item from a range of vendors, or a combination of both sourced and handmade product. Our products are carefully crafted and hand made by us using variety of craft materials, digital media, and / or sourced items to ensure the best quality for our customers. We research and explore across various vendors and providers across a range of platforms to get the item customized for you. Sometime if you liked, we may even order an item and assemble for you like lego mosaic art or wooden mini models. However, we do not disclose the vendors we would choose to get your product made.

Once we have done research, explored and drafted some options for you, we will share with you upto 4 options to further refine and improvise and then build the product.

Once you contact us to explore the options, we can discuss your requirements by meeting face to face, over phone call or whatsapp chat. Option can be arranged based on your preference and meeting time that suits both the parties.

We offer various shipping options, including standard options like lalamove or grab. In most of the cases since the final product would need your review we might self deliver as well. Option can be chosen to cater to your specific needs and preferences.

Yes, once we explore the options for you based on your budget, we would request a 20% deposit of your estimate budget before we start giving you the product ideas and go into the details of the gifting or keepsake options. This is to cover our research and draft works and avoid customers taking the ideas and getting them processed elsewhere.

Payment is currently set up via the PayNow option

If you do not like the final product that is made, we will keep the item and wont charge you for the product. However, the 20% initial deposit is non refundable.

We would request a deposit of 20% of your estimate budget after you share your requirements and before we send you the final ideas and start to procure materials. The 20% deposit is absorbed in the final amount if you proceed with the order. The remaining 80% is paid at the time of delivery.
